Let’s make sure we’re all on the same page….

I am not a personal trainer.
I am not a nutritionist or dietician.
I am not a blogger.
I am not an influencer.
I am a woman who wanted to change and set goals to make it happen. I am a “normal” person, or at least relatively, depending on who you ask…
In July 2021, I decided to pursue bodybuilding with the goal to compete in 2022. This would require me to continue to lose weight while increasing muscle mass. I started my journey at 167 lbs and am currently 139 lbs. My composition has radically changed over the past 6 months.
I hired an amazing team to ensure that I will achieve my goal. I work with the best trainer, nutritionist and posing coach for me (details below).
I am documenting my journey because:
  1. I’ve always loved to journal and writing about my experience is therapeutic. 
  2. Identifying the right resources when you’re pursuing any goal is key so if you’re looking to change your body or pursue bodybuilding, you can learn with me. We're in it together, baby!
  3. If my story helps anyone or inspires just one person to pursue their goal, whatever it may be, it is time well spent.
My commitment to you:
I am writing about my experience with the process; how I felt, how I am feeling, what I’ve learned and my goals. Any specifics to my workouts, nutrition and posing will be left to the experts. 
If you know me IRL, you know I keep it real and this won’t change here. I’ve learned so much during my 6 month transformation and I am looking forward to sharing the highs, lows and everything in between.
