Alright folks, I will disclose the powders and pills that I take but I must reiterate that I am not an expert on this subject. I am only a woman carrying a food scale and suspicious amount of powder and pills through TSA. I should not be trusted…

Please, please talk to a professional before starting a regimen of vitamins. I know I’m “highly influential” so it’s important for you to understand that what I take might not be what’s best for you.
Here is my regimen:
PROTEIN
  • Protein shake (30 min within waking up)
  • Favorite: R1
PRE-WORKOUT
  • Pre-workout Favorites: Zeus is the my current and Phenom is most recent
    • I rotate pre-workout after 1 or 2 tubs. 
INTRA-WORKOUT
  • Xtend BCAA
  • CELL K.E.M. PR  - I started this about a month ago.
  • Glutamine
I mix all 3 together in my Yeti. I have zero idea if this is ideal but it is how I do it. If you have an expert opinion, please weigh in. Until then, I will opt for convenience.
SUPPLEMENTS
Tips:
  • Follow the instructions and servings on each respective bottle.
  • I have had some GI issues as a result of taking all pills too late at night. I recommend staggering intake or taking earlier in the day.
  • Use a large pill organizer
